My case will be heard in the 2nd Circuit Federal Court!

Well, the headline pretty much says it all.
I was informed today that the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals has agreed to hear oral arguments in Holmes and Partington v. Poskanzer et. al., a case in which I am (obviously) a plaintiff. The case is now nearly three years old and has been through a number of twists and turns.
Also, there’s a documentary called Campus Coup that explains most of the story. It’s about 85 minuets long.
